DRESS CODE & CONDUCT RULES

Failure to follow the Dress Code or Conduct Rules may result in delayed admission and/or denial of admission to your Disneyland® Grad Nite event. Disney Cast Members have the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed during the event and not following these guidelines. Grads must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the trip chaperones, bus companies, Adventures America Tour Company, restaurants, Disneyland, California Adventure, etc. If any of these rules (partial listing below) are broken, the participant may be sent home at his/her own expense without refund. If a participant is sent home, the parent or legal guardian will be advised and the participant and parent/guardian will arrange for transportation home at their own expense. DRESS CODE All apparel must be in good condition (excessively ripped or torn jeans, shirts, etc. are prohibited) and extremely revealing clothing is not allowed. Do not wear:

• Sharp or pointed accessories that may cause injury including spiked style jewelry or belts. • Shoes with skate wheels, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed. • Weapons or accessories that appear to be weapons (e.g. bullet belts). • Weapons, knives, laser pointers or chemical irritants are not permitted. Students or chaperones not following this guideline will be dealt with at the discretion of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. • Alcohol, any controlled substance, and tobacco products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, Juul, snuff, etc.) and related materials (lighters, matches, pipes, etc.) are not allowed and will be confiscated and not returned. • Prescription medication — medical form must be completed for all prescription and over-the-counter medications. Over-the-counter medication must be in their original manufacturer sealed packages. • Glass containers, with the exception of medicine bottles. • Aerosol cans/bottles. CONDUCT RULES: Identification: All students must bring their current student ID and will be required to show their student ID at check, upon boarding the bus, and when otherwise asked. Alcohol and Drugs: It is illegal for participant to be found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. A participant found under the influence or in possession of alcohol and/or drugs will be immediately expelled from the trip without refund. Notification regarding prescription and over the counter drugs must be listed on the back of Medication Form and presented to the head chaperone one month prior to departure. (Note: A participant’s purse or belongings may be searched for alcohol and/or drugs at any time). There will be zero tolerance of illegal substances of any kind. Participants must stay with their group at all times. Participants agree to appear at designated areas during check-in times. NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE ANY DISNEY PARKS PROPERTY. This action will cause automatic expulsion from the group trip. The parent/legal guardian will be responsible for arranging transportation for their student to get home at their expense. Participants are responsible for being on time for all events, check-in times and departures. If students are excessively late for a departure (more than 10 minutes) they may be left and it will be their responsibility to provide transportation to the destination. Any paid participant inviting or encouraging a non-paying person (or stowaway) to participate on the trip or enter any attraction with the group will lose his/her privilege to participate. Unacceptable Conduct: Excessive rowdiness, fighting, damaging property, foul language, and any illegal act(s) including stealing, shoplifting, and not following chaperone rules. Participants are expected to act in a socially acceptable manner deemed normal by civilized society. |
